The Genesa Crystal is the spherical projection of the Archimedian solid known as the cubeoctahedron or dymaxion. Buckminster Fuller used this shape in his car and in building designs.
I dreamed this form
and was not sure if I could build it but it went together first time. It is now quiescent but for the first year zapped everybody. It has travelled the length of the country and "met" hundreds of people. It is strangely appealing as though it was a distant memory we can't quite recall.
